Smoothie recipe for long locks
I made a smoothie to stimulate hair growth with the following ingredients, for about 2 glasses:

1. glass of Greek yogurt
2. handful of fresh leaf spinach
3. 10 frozen grapes
4. 2 tablespoons of oatmeal 
5. 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
6. optional: half a ripe avocado
Put all the ingredients in the blender and mix until you have a smooth smoothie. Cheers!
